We know jewelry repair is all about trust. We take great care in consulting with each customer to make sure that each repair is cost effective and is performed to the highest standards. We document each piece and inspect it before the work is done to eliminate any surprises. Our on-site jeweler has more than 40 years of experience. Each item is also inspected by our store owners before it is picked up by the customer.

Jimmy Wheeler has over 40 years of experience as a bench jeweler and is experienced in all areas of jewelry design and repair.
In January of 2008, he joined The Queen's Jewels as the full time on-site jeweler.
